The Controller of the personal data is VR FACTORY GAMES S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (ul. Rakowiecka 34 lok. 5, 02-532 Warsaw) entered to the entrepreneurs register of the Polish National Court Register under No. 0000023205, NIP: 8951592263.

We collect information via cookies for analytical and statistical purposes, in which case the legal basis for the processing is the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in conducting analyses of user activity.

We collect personal data for the purpose of enrolling you for beta testing of the game – the legal basis for the processing is that the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

We process personal data in order to respond to a message sent via the contact form on the website (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

We also process personal data for marketing purposes.  Such activities are only undertaken by us if you have given us your consent, which you can withdraw at any time(Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

Your personal data that we process is your name, email address, nickname on Discord and your approximate age.

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the beta testing of the game or, in the case of marketing, until you withdraw your consent to its processing. The processing period may be extended if the processing is necessary for the establishment and assertion of possible claims or the defence against claims, and thereafter only if and to the extent required by law. After the expiry of the processing period, the data shall be irreversibly deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to access the content of your data and to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
